The platform does not undertake, participate in, or guarantee any transaction related to mining assets.
02. No Warranty of Information
No Warranty of Information While we strive for professionalism, the platform does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legal status of any mining-related listing. All data—including geological reports, production capacities, and lease boundaries—are provided “as-is” by the respective listing parties.
03. Statutory and Regulatory Compliance
- Applicable Mining Laws : Including the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, as well as state-specific Mineral Rules.
- Statutory Approvals : Prior permissions from Mining Departments, Environmental Authorities, and other competent bodies.
The platform assumes no responsibility for the procurement of these approvals or for ensuring compliance by any party with legal or regulatory requirements.
04. Mandatory Independent Due Diligence
Users are expressly advised and urged to:
- Conduct independent legal, technical, and financial due diligence specific to the mining activities in question.
- Verify the status of all mandatory clearances (such as EC, CTE, and CTO).
- Seek professional counsel before entering into any binding mining-related agreement or transaction based on information obtained through this platform.
05. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall this platform be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, legal disputes, or failed project outcomes arising from the use of the information provided herein.
06. Payment Terms & Non-Refundable Fees
- Platform service fees, listing charges, or transaction facilitation fees paid to the platform are strictly non-refundable, regardless of transaction outcome or user satisfaction.
- Users agree to review all applicable fees before making payment and acknowledge that payments are made voluntarily and with full understanding of this non-refund ability policy.
- The platform does not mediate or resolve payment disputes between users and third parties.
07. Listing Duration
- Each listing posted on the platform will remain active for a maximum period of one (1) year from the date of publication unless renewed or removed by the user or platform administrators.
- After one year, listings may be deactivated or deleted at the platform’s discretion without further notice.
08. Platform Use & User Conduct
- Users must not upload, share, or transmit any false, misleading, or unlawful information on the platform.
- The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, without prior notice or liability.
09. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and data provided by the platform are protected intellectual property and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Force Majeure
- The platform is not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or internet outages.
